Fire Prevention Subcommittee

The committee meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 2 PM virtually.

The Fire Prevention Sub-Committee is comprised of all Fire Code Officials in Broward County which include all Fire Departments, the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals, and the Broward County School Board. The Sub-Committee is responsible for reporting to the Broward County Fire Chiefs Association issues pertaining to the Florida Fire Prevention Code, the Broward County Local Fire Code Amendments, or trending concerns related to Fire Prevention and Community Risk Reduction efforts.
