Safety and Health Subcommittee

Deputy Fire Chief Chantal Botting of Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue and Division Chief Vince Cinque from BSOFR are Co-Chairs

This sub-committee is responsible for all matters relating to Safety and Health issues facing first responders around the county. Chief Botting and Chief Cinque work on several safety and health fronts including but not limited to cancer prevention, mental health and wellness, firefighter safety, and physical fitness and provides valuable feedback, research, and resources to the executive board and the general membership of the FCABC.

Meetings are held every 3 months at rotating locations – Chief Cinque or Chief Botting
