Training & Education Subcommittee

Division Chief James Russo- Hollywood Fire Rescue – Chair

The members of the Training & Education Subcommittee include representatives from the Training Divisions from each Fire Rescue agency in Broward County, as well as many local educational institutions. The subcommittee meets monthly to discuss the various training initiatives conducted by each department. The high level of collaboration has led to multiple County-wide SOPs and regular inter-agency training opportunities.

Meetings are held last Monday of every month at 1:30 pm -2200 Executive Airport Way-Fort Lauderdale FL (Station 53) .
