Fort Lauderdale Police are asking for our help, they need to find blood type A or AB eligible donors who previously tested positive for COVID, or had an antibody test, and have been 14 days symptom free.
Those who meet the aforementioned criteria may go to oneblood.org and register to donate. Click on the plasma donation information tab on the top, and register as a first time donor. Answer a few questions and upload your antibody or positive test results.
The plasma is needed for a detective’s family member and you will need to provide them with the following information:
Hospital: Broward Health Medical
Blood Type: A+
EAP Number: EAP#135857
One Blood will contact donors in 24hrs to schedule a donation at a local blood bank near you.
